GET YOUR GAME ON LTD RETURNS POLICY

If you decide you would like to return your purchase please read all of the following:

What to do first

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably by phone (07905 859 513) so that we can help to ensure the return process is quick and efficient. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

You have changed your mind and wish to return your order

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you have 14 days from the time you receive your order in which to inform us of your decision and return said order. You will then have 30 days to return your order for a full refund.

If posting your order back to us, it is recommended that recorded delivery is used.  In the event that recorded delivery is not used and an item goes missing Get Your Game On Ltd may not be able to issue a refund for you.

You are responsible for paying the postage costs back to us for an item you do not want.

It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned as new, in the same condition in which they were received and within the original packaging.

Get Your Game On Ltd retain the right to refuse a return or make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

 

Damaged items, faulty items, mistakes made on your order

If an item arrives to you damaged, a mistake has been made on your order, or the item is faulty, then please contact us on 07905 859 513 or email us at sarahtuffs@hotmail.com. You will have 14 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is faulty upon arriving.

It is your responsibility to inform Get Your Game On Ltd of any defects in your order. If no communication is made within 14 days, Get Your Game On Ltd will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer.

If Get Your Game On Ltd hear from you within the allotted time frame regarding a defective item, you will qualify for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us, within 30 days, complete with your order number. Any items must still be in the same condition in which they were received.

Get Your Game On Ltd will pay postage for any goods returned to Get Your Game On Ltd that have arrived at your address damaged, faulty or sent to you by mistake.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Credit will be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment.

Decision to cancel your purchase before dispatch

You have the right to cancel your purchase before it has been dispatched. You will receive a full refund if you cancel your purchase before it has been dispatched.

If you decide to cancel your purchase before it has been dispatched, you must contact Get Your Game On Ltd as soon as possible after purchasing your item/s. The best way to do this is to email sarahtuffs@hotmail.com or to phone 07905 859 513.

Get Your Game On Ltd will deliver your order to your door on the same day if you order before 4pm and live in Haringey, Enfield or Barnet. If you order after 4pm and before 1pm the following day and request postage, Get Your Game On Ltd aims to put your purchase in the post by 4pm. Therefore, if you decide you no longer want your purchase, it is helpful if you can inform Get Your Game On Ltd of your decision to cancel your purchase before it is dispatched.

Please note that if you qualify for ‘free shipping’ (for example, if you are a returning customer or a newsletter subscriber using a ‘discount’ code) and you decide to cancel your order after shipping has been paid for by ‘Get Your Game On Ltd’, you will be asked to pay for shipping.

Exchanges

Gifts

If you wish to exchange an item that you have bought as a present because the recipient already has the same item please contact me at sarahtuffs@hotmail.com or 07905 859 513 and we can arrange for you to choose another item or items that equal the value of the original items.

In order for the item to be exchanged it must not have been opened and must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Please see above re: defective or damaged items.

 

Late or missing refunds

If we have approved your refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, it’s best to wait a few days, as it may take some time before your refund shows up on your account. If it still doesn’t appear, then please contact us at sarahtuffs@hotmail.com or phone 07905 859 513.

 

Shipping

To return your order, you should either bring it back to our address or mail your order to:

If your return is due to damage or fault upon receipt of your order and you have posted your order back to us, we will refund your return shipping costs. Please supply a receipt for postage costs, which can be emailed to sarahtuffs@hotmail.com

We are not responsible for return costs for correctly supplied goods.

 

Exemptions

There are certain situations where no refund, or only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
