Deliveries?

You mentioned free delivery? Where is this to?

If you live anywhere in the London boroughs of Enfield, Haringey or Barnet including Palmers Green, Winchmore Hill, Bush Hill Park, Grange Park, Southgate, Bowes Park, Enfield Town, Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Hornsey, Wood Green, Tottenham, Bounds Green, Whetstone, High Barnet etc we will deliver your game/s to your door for no extra cost.

We will arrange a time with you to deliver your games that suits us both.

What are your postage charges?

When will my order be dispatched, and when will it be delivered?

We aim to despatch goods on the same day, or on the day after we receive your order. If we are unable to dispatch your order promptly, we will get in touch with you to let you know.  Please see our delivery policy (click on link below) for full details of how long orders take to be delivered.

If we receive your order after 1pm on Saturday and you require it to be posted to you, we will be able to post your delivery on the following Monday morning.

In stock?

Is everything listed on the GYGOL website currently in stock?

We make every effort to keep our website up to date. If any item is not in stock we will mark it as ‘sold out’.


The item I want is marked ‘sold out’. When will it be in stock again?

If an item is not in stock, we will have placed another order from the distributor and the item should be back in stock soon. Some items remain out of stock for longer periods because the distributors themselves do not have them in stock. We will inform you if this is the case.

Can you let me know when an item becomes available to buy?

Can I exchange a game bought as a gift?

 If you wish to exchange an item that you have bought as a present because the recipient already has the same item please contact me at sarahtuffs@hotmail.com and we can arrange for you to choose another item or items that equal the value of the original items.

In order for the item to be exchanged it must not have been opened and must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received. You must also provide proof of purchase.

At other times, we usually only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see returns policy for full details about returning items to GYGOL.
