GYGOL delivers games to local customers for no extra cost at weekends only. This includes to any address in the London Boroughs of Enfield, Haringey or Barnet (including Palmers Green, Bounds Green, Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Southgate, Bowes Park, Wood Green, Enfield Town, Hornsey, Tottenham, High Barnet, East Barnet, Whetstone etc).
GYGOL delivers games to other addresses in London and the UK for the UK delivery charges listed below.
Customers can also collect their games from GYGOL at no extra cost.
Postal delivery
GYGOL aim to dispatch all postal orders within 24 hours of receiving the order.

When? At a convenient time on a Saturday or Sunday, when we are available and when you are at home to receive your order.

UK Express Delivery - Mainland UK & Channel Islands
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £10.00. Express orders will receive priority treatment. Orders received before 1pm should be delivered the next day. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
UK Express Delivery - Highlands & Islands & Northern Island
Shipping to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £15.00. Express orders will receive priority. Orders received before 1pm should be delivered within 1-2 days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
We will make every effort to ensure your order is packed carefully in order to avoid damage in transit. Therefore, it is extremely rare for damage of your order to occur.
Delayed or lost goods
If your goods are subject to delay due to getting misrouted or lost in transit and you incur additional postage charges as a result of this delay, Get Your Game On Ltd will pay for any additional postage costs you may be charged. If your goods get lost in transit and you do not receive them, please inform Get Your Game On Ltd as soon as possible. Get Your Game On Ltd will investigate how your goods have been lost with the delivery company and will ensure that replacement goods are sent to your address as soon as possible.
